The project deals with the creation of a layout for the areas of production, storage and outdoor. In addition the definition of the storage technology and calculation of the storage spaces for a pallet and cantilever rack, as well as the definition of the necessary forklifts was taken into account to reach an efficient and effective material flow. The production layout includes the area definition for the assembly stations, necessary floor storage areas, QA / reworking stations as well as the definition of the necessary crane requirements.
Aim of the project is to check and ensure that the planned area and the building design are checked prior to the application of the building permit and the construction so that there is sufficient space for production and growth in the future.
