Our customer decided to take another important step in the field of digitization of process activities and is looking for an ECM / DMS software provider. All documents generated in the company as well as external documents can be digitally managed, edited, shared and, if necessary, archived in a legally compliant manner. The interface to the implemented ERP system as well as the integration in MS Office applications is a decisive factor in the selection of a software provider.

In step 1, the software is introduced in sales, purchasing and finance. A central component is electronic invoice processing in the purchasing area, which is supported by workflows.

In step 2, all other company areas with their requirements will be given access to the ECM / DMS. The requirements were collected from all areas at the beginning of the provider selection and are included in the selection of the most suitable software provider.
