The project duration was approximately two years. From the start of the gap analysis to the go-live, we accompanied the project through its various phases. The transition was carried out using the brownfield method. Thanks to professional and efficient project and test management, the project was successfully completed in a short time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structuring and accompanying gap analysis<\/li>\n<li>Support and coordination of various functional areas and topics: Finance &amp; Controlling (FI\/CO), Sales &amp; Distribution (SD), Custom Code Correction, Infrastructure, Archiving, and Spin-Off Projects: Business Partner, S4 Rental Solution, and S4 Foreign Trade Solution (Plug-In Approach)<\/li>\n<li>Support in test management<\/li>\n<li>Structuring, coordination, and support of the test areas Finance &amp; Controlling (FI\/CO) and Sales &amp; Distribution (SD)<\/li>\n<li>Support and manage of the test management tool Panaya<\/li>\n<li>Support
