The project at Wacker Neuson SE, which was carried out with an agile project approach, aimed to simultaneously transition all production plants and sales branches worldwide from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. The project duration was approximately two years. From the start of the gap analysis to the go-live, we accompanied the project through its various phases. The transition was carried out using the brownfield method. Thanks to professional and efficient project and test management, the project was successfully completed in a short time.
