The PC Electric Gesellschaft m.b.H. , located in St. Martin im Innkreis, is planning, together with its current software service provider, to transition from the current ERP system Axapta to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance & Operations. To ensure that all software-relevant information from each business area is available for discussion, as a checklist for implementation requirements, and within the framework of test management during the ERP transition, the following contents will be documented in collaboration with each department head.
Our Tasks:
- Creation of a Business Process Master List (BPML)
- Review of existing process documentation with a focus on software relevance. The current processes will be reviewed, updated if necessary, and detailed as needed.
- Compilation of the document and form matrix
- Listing of reports and key figures
- Coordination of interfaces to and from AX to subsystems, including the function of the subsystems
- Graphical representation of the current system landscape
